We are a boutique farm growing a number of the more popular Garlic varieties catering for the Australian taste. We sell our produce as both seed and eating garlic to local stores as well as at local farmers markets and online within Australia. Additionally, we complement our garlic with many varieties of chilies for local markets along with fresh herbs. The Australian garlic industry is making a big comeback and Australian grown garlic is becoming more and more available. We compete against the cheap imported products—and the reality is that we cannot match the prices of these cheap imports—but our garlic is far superior in freshness and taste, unbleached and not treated with harmful chemicals. At Karmawara farm we don't use pesticides and chemical fertilisers. Our herd of stud alpacas provide us with some of the best fertilisers available as do our free range chooks. We are members of the Australian Garlic Industry Association (AGIA).
