Karmawara is a small alpaca stud located approximately 15 km west of the town of Lawrence in the Clarence Valley Shire in the Northern Rivers area of NSW. Our farm is set on 45 hcts with a mix of native and improved pasture, tallowwood trees and some areas of natural melaleuca. Our aim is to produce quality, robust Huacaya displaying good conformation and consistently fine, dense fleece. Our current breeding females carry the genetics of some excellent bloodlines. From our annual clip we have the fleece processed to knitting balls and also produce some carded fleece on the farm ready for spinning or felting. All our animals are registered with the Australian Alpaca Association (AAA). Karmawara stud is a member of the Northern NSW / Southern Queensland region .(http://qldnsw.alpaca.asn.au) of the AAA. For more information about our animals or services please feel free to contact us. |
